Happy Easter

The boys' baskets-- bubbles, chocolate bunnies, Big Hero 6 sticker books, Time magazine about life in the universe for Kai and a Darth Vader shirt for Lukas
Jenn and Josh came for a couple of nights from San Diego. The boys had a great time with their cousins. We told Marisa she can come anytime to babysit or be our nanny.

Winter 2015

Grandma brought home GG's old shoes for me. "Big Grandma" was the spiritual matriarch in our mostly female dominated family. I never knew was a stylin lady she was, too! It's an honor to literally be able to walk in her shoes.
Lukas is ALMOST tall enough for the roller coaster!!! I told him when he turns 3. (Hopefully, he'llbe big  enough in time for Disneyland this summer!!)
Potty training...yeah. It's not going anywhere. Sigh.
 Lazy days by the creek...
I found this hilarious app called "Old Fart Booth."  I used it for the 100th day of school.
So, Kai was obsessed with the Grinch and Christmas well into the month of January. It was getting really out of hand. I thought since he was so obsessed with outer space that it was fitting for the boys to get introduced to Star Wars. They LOVE it!!! Lukas says that he is Darth Vader (not Luke!) and Kai is Darth Grinch (I'm getting a little worried about Halloween this year...)
I got inspired by a mommy acquaintance to start taking the boys outdoors more and attempt to go for nature walks or hikes as often as we could. Here we are by "Little Yosemite" at Sunol regional park.
Here are the boys in their pillow fort. Their friendship is so sweet to see.
